Changeability is the social enterprise arm of Connect Supporting Recovery, a leading provider of community based, mental health and wellbeing services, with more than 20 years of hands on, practice based experience. This background has enabled us to have a unique understanding of the human psychology of change and is highly applicable to the business setting.
Changeability is also unique in that our work is underpinned by evaluation from a registered psychologist. Information gathered from participants in our programmes is evaluated by a Changeability psychologist enabling us to provide highly relevant and tailored recommendations to leaders responsible for the change.
